Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Section 1
Permitted Use

Users may access dnoise for lawful operational analytics of Stripe accounts they own or are authorized to manage, within their subscription scope.

Section 2
Prohibited Conduct
  • Connecting Stripe accounts the User does not own or lacks explicit authorization for.
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or scraping any part of the Service.
  • Abusing the Demo mode to circumvent subscription fees.
  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable sanctions.
  • Using End Customer data for any purpose other than the User’s own internal analytics.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing reports or data (except under Enterprise agreements).
  • Uploading or transmitting malicious code or interfering with Service infrastructure.
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, obtain repeated access to free features, or re-access the Service after termination.
  • Connecting Stripe accounts associated with illegal activities, sanctioned parties, or activities violating Stripe’s Terms of Service.
Section 3
Prohibited Territories

The following territories are restricted based on international sanctions, Company policy, and operational risk assessment. This list is not exhaustive of all sanctioned jurisdictions:

  • Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Venezuela, Myanmar (Burma), Sudan, Zimbabwe
  • Any territory subject to OFAC, UN, or other applicable government sanctions
Section 4
VPN and Circumvention

Use of VPNs, proxies, Tor, or any other anonymization technology to access the Service from a restricted territory is a material breach.

  • Accounts found to have used circumvention technology: terminated immediately without refund.
  • The User remains fully liable for all obligations during the circumvention period.
  • The User is responsible for all network routing on their device, including corporate VPNs. Unawareness is not a defense.

Section 5
Enforcement

Violations may result in: immediate account suspension or termination without refund; deletion of account data; reporting to relevant authorities and to Stripe; legal action.
