Version: v7.2
Effective: April 5, 2026
Applies to: Business customers only
Contents
1. No-Refund Policy
2. Grounds That Do NOT Constitute Basis for Refund
3. Free Demo Acknowledgement
4. Cancellation and Renewals
5. Access Revocation Upon Refund
6. Billing Errors
7. Partial Cryptocurrency Payments
Section 1
No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service and immediate delivery of access upon payment confirmation, all purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE, to the maximum extent permitted by mandatory applicable law.

Where consumer protection laws grant a statutory right of withdrawal, the User, by explicitly requesting immediate access to the Service, waives that right in accordance with applicable regulations.

Section 2
Grounds That Do NOT Constitute Basis for Refund

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the following do not constitute grounds for a refund:

  • Lack of English language proficiency.
  • Accidental clicks or unintentional subscription activation.
  • Claims of technical misunderstanding of the Service’s nature or outputs.
  • Use of a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.
  • Dissatisfaction with report outputs, metric values, or analytical results.
  • Lack of financial, technical, or domain expertise to interpret reports.
  • Failure to use the free Demo mode before subscribing.
  • Claims that the screen, device, or display was inadequate to read the Terms.
  • Claims that the User did not read or understand the Terms accepted at registration.
  • Temporary Service unavailability due to Force Majeure events.
  • Price changes for which at least 30 days’ prior email notice was provided.
  • Partial, fragmented, split, or underpaid cryptocurrency transfers for a payment request that required full one-transaction payment.
️ The free Demo mode at https://dnoise.online/demo provides representative examples of all paid report types. ‘I did not know what I was buying’ is not accepted as a refund ground.
Section 3
Free Demo Acknowledgement

Prior to any paid subscription, dnoise provides a free Demo mode with representative sample data, demonstrating all report types and dashboard features available in the paid Service. By subscribing, the User acknowledges they had the opportunity to evaluate the Demo and contact support before subscribing.

Section 4
Cancellation and Renewals

The current live public crypto checkout is non-recurring. To continue after the end of a paid period, the User must create and pay a new payment request. If the User does not want another paid period, they can simply avoid creating or paying a new request.

If the Company later introduces a recurring billing method, that future billing method may require separate checkout consent and may be governed by additional billing terms shown at that time.

Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.

Section 5
Access Revocation Upon Refund

If the Company, at its sole discretion, issues a refund (e.g., confirmed technical billing error), access to all generated reports and the Service is immediately and permanently revoked. Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

Section 6
Billing Errors

Duplicate charges, duplicate payment requests, or other billing errors must be reported to admin@dnoise.online within 7 days of the charge date or payment date.

Section 7
Partial Cryptocurrency Payments

The Service operates under a strict full-payment-only policy for cryptocurrency invoices and payment requests. If the User sends less than the required amount, the payment does not activate access and is rejected for activation by policy.

The Company does not reconcile multiple partial transfers into one valid payment, does not accept delayed top-up logic for an underpaid request, and does not guarantee any refund of underpaid or fragmented transfers unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
