Cheat sheet

Every metric change is backed by an event trail. You can inspect the exact deltas and source events that changed the number.

We show cause, not just totals. Breakdown groups the movement by reason code or day.

Snapshot and ledger are checked separately. For snapshot metrics such as MRR and User Count, the owner health layer verifies the current total against the append-only metric ledger.

History is append-only. Corrections are new events, not silent rewrites of old history.

Duplicate and out-of-order provider events are guarded. That reduces double-counting and stale overwrite risk.
